Waterfront Grill first opened its doors as an 80-seater restaurant in August 2000, just in time for the Sydney Olympics.
With great success across the years, Waterfront has expanded into a large 180-seat restaurant with a world-wide reputation, and remains a firm favourite with locals. Waterfront Grill stands as Darling Harbour's Premier Steak House.
